I managed to keep hold of my paddle although judith heard and her husband dr alex heard I’m sure this made the experience more dangerous! I think it’s safe to say after this experience I had a mild panic attack, stripping my helmet and life jacket off so that I could catch my breath. I freaked out and went under the water a lot more than necessary! IDIOT!
